Complaints Procedure

At Mortgage Broker Wolverhampton Ltd, we aim to provide the highest standard of service to all our customers. However, if you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we want to hear from you so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Please provide as much information as possible, including your name, contact details, and details of your complaint so we can investigate it thoroughly.

What Happens Next

1. Acknowledgement
We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, usually within five business days of receiving it.
2. Investigation
Your complaint will be investigated by a member of our team who was not directly involved in the matter you are complaining about.
3. Final Response
We aim to resolve complaints as quickly as possible. If we are unable to resolve your complaint within a few days, we will send you our final written response within eight weeks of receiving your complaint.
Our response will explain the outcome of our investigation and any steps we propose to resolve the issue.

If You Are Not Satisfied

If you are not satisfied with our final response, or if eight weeks have passed since you first raised your complaint, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, which is an independent body set up to resolve disputes between consumers and financial services firms.
You must refer your complaint to them within six months of the date of our final response letter.
